Notes
The Spellbook will give you a fully-upgraded skill that is normally class-exclusive, or Mind Blast which is normally only used by Horrors.
- You cannot learn class exclusive skills that are from your current class
- For example, the Alchemist will never gain Pistol, Construct or Combine
- You can gain the same skill twice or more if you craft additional Spellbooks, even Sense Danger

1 Activates immediately when spellbook is used. Gives message “You feel perceptive!”
